I got 2 Grocery Carts Full from Costco and only Spent $20.00

Said no one EVER… Wouldn’t that be one for the record?

And you had to look… huh? lol

I would have had to look too!

Well, Good Morning to you and how is everyone out there? Good, I hope, great would even be better for me to hear you answering!

Costco… Whew, to me this screams money… You’re going to spend a lot of money. How about you what does Costco say to you?

So with that being said; we went to Costco last night after my man got off of work. We can never, ever go to that store without spending 100’s of dollars. I don’t think there is anything in Costco under $20.00. However, I don’t think we’re going to need razors, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap etc. for the next 2 years.

Oh and is Costco always crowded? I have went there first thing upon opening, in mid day, in afternoon, in the evening and at night before they closed; they are always packed. One good thing is everyone there shopping is nice, they try not to get in your way, or if they bump you they so apologize, unlike other shoppers elsewhere in other stores from my experience. Thank you Costco shoppers for your courtesy.

My question is, does anybody work and where does everyone come from? I didn’t think Chico was that big. The parking lot is always full. Take the test drive by and take note of how many cars are in the parking lot at any given time. I bet there will be plenty.

You are probably wondering why crowded places is so important to me… Well, to be honest I have a bit of social anxiety disorder. I have anxiety in crowded places and in difficult situations; there has been occasions where I simply shut down. They say awareness is half the battle. So, now I am fighting the other half of the battle.

Back to my experience at Costco, We were going along and I thought women were bad about stopping to look at everything? Take a man into Costco and I think he grows ovaries… I have to admit I am pretty bad, because, he stops to look at something and I am thinking I just want to get what we need and get the hell out of this overcrowded, oversized store, so, I say “lets’ get it if you need it..” and on I walk. He picks it up and puts it in the cart. I guess I can’t solely blame him. 🙂 Oh well…

So, a few hundred dollars lighter, and not everything on my list I have to go shopping again today, but I am going to the little Holiday Market here in Paradise. Safe and sound and very few people at anytime of the day or night! LOVE IT!!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day and a great weekend!

Cheers to Friday!!!

Thanks for reading and tell me about your experiences, with anything…

Family and great times

wyatt in his mc gear

My son (BJ) decided to buy my grandson (Wyatt) a dirt bike. The dirt bike is only a 50 and it has training wheels, he says… Well, Wyatt is becoming an all star on it! It’s so cute BJ is so nervous he would walk beside Wyatt. Wyatt got a little more confident so, he started jogging beside him, now he is running beside Wyatt and can’t keep up… “I have to get a something faster than my feet to keep up with Wyatt, Noelle…” BJ to his fiancée… lol

On Sunday when we went to the field so Wyatt could ride his dirt bike and at first it was Me (Kim) my man Miles, BJ, son) Wyatt, (grandson), and Noelle, (daughter-in-law). We are there for a short time and along comes Walter and Jenny, BJ and Noelle’s friends. Jenny brought her 80 out to ride. Then here comes Marla her husband and 2 boys. Then next is Elmo, Tori, Rachelle, and Emery, Marla’s son and his wife, also friends of BJ and Noelle. Tori and Elmo’s daughter Rachelle has a 50 as well.

I had a wonderful time watching the kids ride their bikes and their dad’s intently follow along, teaching them on the kid’s level as they go; warning them not to hit the ruts or big rocks, asking the kid’s how do you stop? the kids would answer and the dad would say “show me how you stop…” Ok then lets ride… Wyatt was such a good boy he shared his dirt bike with Rachelle, because her dirt bike didn’t have training wheels yet. Rachelle started out slow because she is just learning, but let me tell you she learned fast….

Tori and Noelle agree “there’s nothing sexier than a great dad”.

We are so blessed with the great friends and family!

Thank you for reading and please comment…

Cutting emotional strongholds with Positive Thoughts

How many times have you doubted yourself?

I’m not good enough, my work is not good enough to sell, I can’t, I can’t, I can’t… I tried that last time and it didn’t work… There are always excuses as to why you can’t, why things didn’t work; reasons why you don’t have confidence in yourself. Wouldn’t it be nice to say  I can,  I will, and to have the willpower to overcome negativity? We are our own worst enemy.

Your only a failure if you don’t try and continue to try… If at first you don’t succeed try and try again. If you keep trying you can never fail… Lets evaluate the situation… Why do you feel like you can’t do something, Why do you feel you ‘re not good enough? Maybe as a child you were emotionally, physically, and/or sexually  abused. Maybe you had an older sibling that out shined you  in everything he/she did, and you just never felt  important or that you could succeed. Either way these are our own demons that we can control. We don’t have to let these things how big or how small control our lives.

We have to start thinking positive thoughts… I personally was physically, emotionally and sexually abused as a child. Although, I don’t appreciate the things that happened to me, nor do I understand why, I do know it made me the person I am today. So, I can either let those things and feelings rule my life or I can rule my own life and make my life as I want it.  I refuse to be a prisoner of emotion and non-understanding, hanging on to all the negative things like a pit bull to a bone… or a Pit bull with a Chihuahua in his mouth. (Just kidding about the Chihuahua) .

Stay tuned for more info… and I would love to hear positive comments and something in your life that you are concerned with…

Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from you.

Truly yours,
